At Madeira Friends, we believe in the power of community. As a non-profit organization, our mission is to give back to the island and create opportunities for connection, learning, and skill-sharing among locals and internationals alike.
We love supporting workshops and events that align with our values of collaboration, growth, and positive community impact. Hosting a workshop or event at the Madeira Friends Hub is typically reserved for Madeira Friends supporters, but we’re always open to discussing new partnerships and collaborations depending on the topic and potential impact
What Madeira Friends provides
When you host your event or workshop with us, you’re not just getting a venue — you’re joining a community effort.
Here’s what we typically offer to support your event:
Venue: The Madeira Friends Hub is a versatile, welcoming space used for all kinds of community gatherings, from business meet-ups to karaoke nights.
Event Poster: We design a professional event poster to help you promote your session.
Marketing & Promotion: Your event will be shared across our social media channels (15K followers) and in our WhatsApp community groups (2,000+ members).
Registration & Communication: We manage sign-ups and communication through the Madeira Friends app, keeping everything organized for you.
Photo & Video Coverage (optional): Many times we create content, when the event is aligned with our mission and social media strategy. Professional photos and videos can also be arranged at an additional cost. Just ask us to see what’s possible.
Snacks & Drinks (optional): We can assist with providing light refreshments at an additional cost.

Events open exclusively to Madeira Friends supporters.
All Madeira Friends services (venue, marketing, management) are provided free of charge.
If not already included, professional video & photo coverage can be added for €75.
💼 Paid Workshops & Events
Ideal for professional facilitators or creators offering premium experiences.
Events open to everyone, with a minimum 20% discount for Madeira Friends supporters.
Madeira Friends provides marketing, venue, and management services for a 25% commission fee on total revenue.
If not already included, professional video & photo coverage can be added for €75.
